This operation is intended for all those who want to stay young. That means between 27 – 50 years old, sometimes even 55 years old, on condition of not having extensive sagging of the tissues (ptosis).

COMMENTS

It's fitting to compare this technique with that of “golden threads,” which aren't hung to anything, but simply left in place in the deep dermis. It's the progressive effect of fibrosis, which is supposed to give better tautness to the skin.

No publication or scientific study has ever objectively proven this technique's effectiveness.

WHAT HAPPENS

The operation is carried out under local anesthesia.

The threads are put in place with a special needle.

The bilateral adjustment of the traction-suspension is performed in a sitting position and adapted to each case according to the degree of ptosis and skin quality. The operation lasts about 1 hour and after a 1/2 hour rest, the patient can leave the clinic.

There is no hospitalization.
