POST-OPERATIVE FOLLOW-UPS
If the first is easily controlled by the customary analgesic, the patients feel the second, which reassures them as to the effectiveness of the treatment. A localized edema to the treated areas is frequent, but usually moderate. It is sometimes associated to bruises or hematoma. They are spontaneously resorbed in a few days and are easily concealed by makeup. A transitory effect of a triangular crease linked to the traction, sometimes very pronounced, obligates us to advise two to five days of social seclusion, in the case of excessive ptosis, or if several areas are treated simultaneously. RISKS AND COMPLICATIONSAll surgical operations have risks, even if there is a time of reflection to set up the indications, the specialist takes a maximum of precautions, and has a good surgical address to practice. It's the specialist's responsibility to inform you of the complications that can reasonably occur.
