THE RESULT

It is immediately noticeable. But it is acquired around the third week after the disappearance of the edema and in certain cases of excessive ptosis, after the resorption of the wrinkle.

The result is optimal in the 3rd month, due to the creation of a certain fibrosis around the threads. The face regains a natural appearance by correction of the sagging areas in a long-lasting way and without any visible scars.

All patients ask the same question: How long does it last?

Since this technique is recent, we know that correction of facial ptosis by filting lasts a minimum two years, but it's possible it can last much longer. However, if the patient notices a start of deterioration of the results, one can bring support by adding one or two complementary threads. These are easy procedures.

It has been often noticed that certain treated subjects have a certain addiction to the threads, which must be held in check.

After 3 years of hindsight, we have noticed that the patients who have benefited from this technique age less quickly, because the fibrosis created by the threads in the tissues slow down the sliding of the superficial tissues on the deep tissues that is provoked by the effect of the sagging.
